Terms of service

These terms cover your subscription to AI Citation Guide (“the toolkit”), provided by MK7 LLC (“MK7”).

The service

The toolkit is a connector for AI assistants such as Claude. It reads public web pages you ask it to review and returns audits, crawler-access reports, rewrite briefs and schema markup. Your own AI assistant, under your own account with its provider, writes any new copy.

Your subscription

Your first payment covers your first 90 days. Unless you cancel before those 90 days end, your subscription then continues at the monthly price shown at checkout and renews automatically each month until cancelled. Your monthly price will not increase for as long as your subscription stays active; if you cancel and later subscribe again, the price in effect at that time applies. We email you a reminder 7 days before the first monthly charge. You can cancel anytime from your billing link; access continues to the end of the paid period. Each subscription includes a monthly allowance of tool uses, shown on the setup page. Your connector address is personal; do not share it outside your organization.

Acceptable use

Only review websites you own, manage, or are permitted to evaluate. Do not use the toolkit to overload websites, to get around access controls, or for any unlawful purpose. MK7 may suspend access that breaks these terms.

No guarantee of results

The toolkit gives recommendations based on MK7’s published method. Search engines and AI platforms make their own decisions, so MK7 does not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic or revenue. Automated checks can be wrong; review recommendations before publishing.

Liability

The toolkit is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, MK7’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the toolkit in the three months before the claim.
