Privacy policy

This policy explains what AI Citation Guide, provided by MK7 LLC, collects and why.

What we collect

Account and billing: your name, email address and subscription status, received from our payment processor, Stripe. MK7 never sees your full card number. Usage: which tool was used, the web address you asked it to review, the time, and a monthly usage count, so we can run the service, enforce allowances and fix problems.

What we do not collect

The toolkit receives only what your AI assistant sends to its tools, such as a page address or schema details. It does not receive the rest of your conversation.

Who processes data

Cloudflare hosts the toolkit and stores subscriber records and usage counts. Stripe processes payments. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Usage counts expire after about 70 days. Subscriber records are kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after for accounting.
